O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior counsel for the respondents.

2.The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.4248 of 2023 seeking disbursement of agricultural loan. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the society informed this Court that loan will be sanctioned to the petitioner. The petitioner complains that this undertaking was not adhered with. That led to the filing of this contempt petition.

3.Today ie., 07.08.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel for the contemnors submitted that the only stipulation made by the society is that the petitioner should produce the adangal records reflecting his name. They are ready to sanction the loan without any delay subject to submission of adangal records. No exception can be taken to the said stipulation.

4.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
