¶2Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband is now confined in Central Prison at Madurai, pursuant to the conviction passed in C.C.No.8 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositor (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1998, Madurai.
