PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no.not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint lodged by one Jeyandan against one Ashok, who is the relative of the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending. So far, no case has been registered against this petitioners.

2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioners find any trouble in future, they can work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
