RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12408 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SURESH.M.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2023 on 07.07.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. The petitioner is having 7 previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2023 on 07.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e.,) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
