W.P.(MD) No.19110 of 2021: R.Thangaiah Lr.No.F.Myladumparai CWSS/O&M/2021-2/DO dated 27.09.2021 and successful bidder and to grant work order in respect of Item No.21, CWSS to Myladumparai and 17 others Habitations. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions.
¶2In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
