O R D E R This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to appoint Mr. K.Bhagavath Singh (Enrol.No.962/96) learned counsel, as Special Public Prosecutor in S.C.No.18 of 2014 pending on the file of the Virudhunagar District Special Court (in Srivilliputhur).

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already another Special Public Prosecutor was appointed on behalf of the petitioner and trial is going on, thereby no further orders are required in this petition.

¶3Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already Special Public Prosecutor was appointed and the trial was commenced, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

¶4In view of the above said submissions, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
