Judgment
O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, Mr.Mohamed Sherbudeen, learned counsel for Writ Petitioner is before us. It came to light that the matter pertains to registration of a complaint against one Mr.Murugan but the individual has not been arrayed as a co-respondent. There are only official respondents.
¶2Faced with the above situation, learned counsel on record for PIL petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned Writ Petition. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
¶3Adverting to the aforementioned endorsement, learned counsel requested this Court to preserve all rights of the Writ Petitioner to come up with a fresh Writ Petition / PIL with the same prayer on the same issue, after arraying the person concerned as a private co-respondent. Request acceded to.
¶4Captioned Writ Petition is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
