O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.162 of 2013 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent represented that the main case itself was disposed of by the trial court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

¶3In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
