¶2On the ground that the petitioner is involved in another case in Crime No.47 of 2018, the matter was adjourned. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the earlier petition was compromised as compounded in Lok Adalat dated 22.04.2018. The present FIR has been registered subsequent to the above said disposal. On 02.07.2023, on the ground that the JCB vehicle bearing registration number TN 72 CA 6134 was found along with another lorry bearing registration number TN 72 BR 0354, loaded with three units of sand without any proper permit. Two persons were escaped. The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and hence she is also involved in this case.
¶3The petitioner has already involved in a previous case and admitted the offence and compounded. Even after the disposal of the earlier case, the present incident had happened. Eventhough it is stated that without the knowledge of this petitioner, the driver of the vehicle has taken the vehicle for the commission of offence, it cannot be considered.
