O R D E R The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 115 of C.P.C, against the fair and decreetal order dated

06.12.2017 made in E.P.No.3 of 2014 in O.S.No.130 of 2008 on the file of III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has filed a Memo stating that, in spite of sending letter to the petitioner, there is no response from him and hence, reported "no instructions". The learned counsel for the petitioner himself has already sent notice and such notice has been submitted before this Court, wherein there is an endorsement, "no such addressee". Therefore, issuing fresh notice through the Registry would only become futile exercise.

¶3Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
