ORDER The petitioner's son has applied for B.E.Mechanical Engineering for the Academic Year 2023-2024 under NRI quota, by obtaining a consent from one of his relatives, who is residing abroad.
¶2The petitioner's son is expected to submit the required documents as stated in the Annexure III of the Prospectus. Now, the petitioner has approached this Court stating that for want of a legal guardian certificate, as per the provisions of Guardian and Wards Act 1890, his son's application has not been considered.
