O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 in O.S.No.199 of 2013, dated 07.08.2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

¶2When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit, in which the present Civil Revision Petitions are arisen, has already been disposed of and further, appeal has already been disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.

¶3In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
