Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRAKASH.Y, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1473 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22165 of 2022 on 30.01.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

¶3The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

¶4Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1473 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22165 of 2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
