O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to provide police protection at the time of conducting survey of land.

¶2According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent about wrong entry in the patta which was subsequently corrected in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer for surveying the land in Survey No.222/3 situated at Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District.
