O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.S.Mohammed Kadhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vinayak, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 has constructed unauthorized construction.

¶3According to the learned counsel for the Corporation, the respondent No.3 has taken permission for ground floor, but had not taken permission for the first floor. She has filed an application for regularisation. The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submitted that the same is not yet decided.

¶4It is high time for the Corporation to decide such application. In case, an application is filed by the respondent for regularisation and the same is pending with the respondent No.1, the respondent No.1 shall decide the said application on its own merits within four months from today. Depending upon the decision taken in the application filed by the respondent No.3 for regularisation, the parties may take further steps.

¶5The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
