Judgment
O R D E R This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to respondent No.2 Police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint given by respondent No.3.
¶2According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner married to the daughter of respondent No.3, subsequently, disputes arose between them and on account of which, a complaint was given by respondent No.3 against the petitioner with false allegations and in respect of that, the respondent Police are harassing him.
¶3Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that, on account of matrimonial disputes, respondent No.3, has filed a complaint and though initially, respondent No.3, appeared for enquiry, subsequently, failed to appear, on which, ultimately, the complaint given by respondent No.3 was closed on 05.07.2023, which was registered as C.S.R.No. 521 of 2023.
¶4Since the complaint given by respondent No.3 has been closed on account of non appearance of respondent No.3 and also advising the parties to approach the appropriate Family Court, no further directions can be given to this case.
¶5Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
