Prayer in CRP(MD). 2001/ 2023 : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of D.V.C.No.53 of 2023 pending on the fie of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi and strike off the same as illegal, unsustainable and not in consonance with the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and pass such further or other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case, and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ANGUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the second to the fourth petitioners in the proceedings of D.V.C.No.53 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thoothukudi, is dispensed with.
