RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.8748 of 2023 on the file of this Honble Court in Crime No.88 of 2022 dated 10.05.2023 on the file of the respondent Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S ARUN.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8748 of 2023 on 10.05.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and not taken on file.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8748 of 2023 on 10.05.2023 is modified and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
