RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para no.6(b) of the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.7164 of 2022 dated 09.03.2023 in Crime no.120 of 2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOEL PAUL ANTONY A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.7164 of 2022 dated 09.03.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has met with an accident and taking treatment at Chennai and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
