¶2It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that a marriage hall is being inaugurated on 03.08.2023 and on account of such inauguration of marriage hall, they have decided to conduct Adal Padal programme on 03.08.2023.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police has filed a letter dated 01.03.2023 addressed to him by the local police citing four reasons for rejection of the application given by the petitioner, out of which, it is submitted that the Police are having intelligence that communal clashes may likely to erupt in case if Adal Padal Programme is permitted as the marriage hall which is being inaugurated belongs to the people of one community whereas rival community has been raising objections. So far as inauguration of marriage hall is concerned, there will not be any Officer.
