¶3The said Ponmani's husband, Jeyaraman, who had originally purchased the said land from one Sivakumar on 22.07.2013, died on
25.11.2018. They have two minor children.
¶4The said Ponmani herself is an accused in S.C. No.27 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Paramakudi. While the petitioner's vendor, namely, the said Ponmani, was in prison in connection with the alleged murder of her husband on 25.11.2018, the second respondent moved a Guardianship Original Petition in G.W.O.P. ¶5The property that is now said to have been sold in favour of the petitioner through the said Alagukumar on the strength of the Power of Attorney dated 13.11.2025 executed by the said Ponmani recites that the property is being sold for the benefit of the minors.
¶6Since the second respondent has been appointed as the guardian of the minors in G.W.O.P.No.147 of 2019 by the learned Additional Page No. 3 of 5 District Judge, Ramanathapuram, the impugned Refusal Check Slip rejecting the registration of the Sale Deed said to have been executed on
19.06.2026 cannot be found fault with.
¶7It is open for the petitioner, as also his vendor namely Ponmani, to take appropriate steps to set aside the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram, in G.W.O.P. No.147 of 2019 and thereafter approach the first respondent for registration of the Sale Deed dated 19.06.2026.
¶8Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed with the above liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
