O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.08.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of the wrong entry made as Government poramboke with respect to the subject property.

3.It is clear from the above that the representation made by the petitioner is under active consideration. Prima facie, it has been ascertained that wrong entry has been made. The relevant documents were also placed before this Court.

4.In the light of the above developments, there shall be a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.08.2021 in the light of the report submitted by the third respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
