O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action to make two separate spacious ways for ingress and egress of the devotees in "Arulmigu Soundhara Nayagi udan urai Agastheeswarar" Temple, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 19.02.2023 and 25.07.2023.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, on instructions, reports that the representations of the petitioner are under consideration and the respondents have decided to act in the interest of the devotees.

¶3Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representations, dated 19.02.2023 and 25.07.2023 and communicate its decision to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
