Prayer in CMSA(MD).NO.11 of 2023 :- Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal filed under section 100 and 108 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 07.04.2015 passed in CMA. ORDER:- These Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits and earlier orders of this court and letter in D.NO. 104 dated 06.03.2025 from the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul by letter in D.No, 1890/2025 dated 07.3.2025 seeking further six months time to dispose the I,A.No.60/1997, this Court made the following order: By order dated 12.07.2023, this Court directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, to dispose the final decree application on or before

31.12.2023.
