O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] None appears for the petitioner. We have heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

¶2The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the survey No.379/39 is a vacant Government land and no encroachment exists in the said land.

¶3If according to the petitioner encroachment exists, then the petitioner may approach the authority as constituted under G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 08.02.2022.

¶4The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. [S.V.G., .C.J.] [L.V.G., J.]
