ORDER Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor/respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3254 of 2023, dated 21.02.2023.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the above said order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3254 of 2023, investigation has been completed, Final Report has been filed and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.426 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithruai.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
