ORDER [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and as such, he has not pressed the writ petition.

¶3In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
