ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SHENBAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reason given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the CMP(MD) No.9856 of 2023 respondent in pursuance to the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
