ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and attacked him.

¶3It is submitted that over the pathway dispute between the complainant and this petitioner complaints have been given against each other, which is pending in C.S.R.Nos.592 of 2023 and 578 of 2023.

4.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the parties appear before the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedies through appropriate manner.
