PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant FIR has been registered against this petitioner and others in Crime No.629 of 2023.

3.In the view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), let the petitioners file a fresh petition.
