Raju .P v. Asokan. P

DISPOSED OF
Court
High Court of Madras
Decided
4 August 2023
Bench
G.R.Swaminathanauthor
Case no.
WMP(MD) 15753/2023

Judgment

O R D E R The order passed by this Court does not suffer any error apparent on the face of the record. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners raised certain apprehensions. He felt that in the guise of implementing the Revenue Divisional Officer's order, the earlier utilization of the land as pathai / pothu pathai respectively in respect of Survey Nos.90 and 123 may be deleted. I have already noted that the remark in the adangal column as well as the column regarding, the current utilization of the land as originally projected is being maintained as such. The petitioner need not have any apprehension at all.

2.This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the review application is also disposed of at the SR stage.
