ORDER The suit in O.S.No.346 of 2019 is filed for declaration and permanent injunction in the year 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶3Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the petition, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to dispose the above suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
