Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARTHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to extend the time to appear and furnish the sureties before the learned trial Court.

2.It is submitted that on account of the marriage of the petitioner No.2/A7, the petitioners could not surrender as directed by this Court earlier in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7851 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 24.08.2023 and the rest of the conditions passed earlier are unaltered.
