Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.444 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that respondent police identified that the petitioner is the accused. He further submitted that the investigation in Crime No.444 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned District and Sessions Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, by showing this petitioner is an absconding accused.

¶2Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C, as required by the concerned Court for its satisfaction.

¶3With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
