Judgment

ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner is the wife of the third respondent herein. Owing to certain matrimonial dispute, she had left his house leaving behind her two minor children, namely, Minor Pragatesh, S/o.Rajendran aged about 4 years and Minor Dharnish S/o.Rajendran, aged about 3 years respectively with the third respondent herein. Thereafter, she intended to live with her children and therefore, sought for production of her children before this Court through the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the petitioner's husband/third respondent herein together with his two minor sons were present before this Court. When we had interacted with both the petitioner and the third respondent herein, they stated that they intend to live together along with the children. Since the dispute between the petitioner and her husband has been amicably resolved and both of them have expressed their intention to live together along with the children, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
