ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 30.08.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.20222 of 2022. In the said order, this Court has directed the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.07.2022 on its own merits and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks.

¶2The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the representation of the writ petitioner has been considered on merits and order has been passed on 03.08.2023 which was also served upon the writ petitioner.

¶3In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
