Pastor Z. Jose v. The District Collector

ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to provide police protection for constructing concrete roof by raising Pillar and also putting up the compound wall.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending writ petition, the construction work has been permitted by the District Collector in his proceedings dated 02.12.2013 and the same has been completed.

¶3In view of the above said submission, no further adjudication is required to be made in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
