Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUKANNAN.B, Advocate for the petitioners and ofMR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10354 of 2023 on 13.06.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, final report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, but the same was not yet taken on file.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10354 of 2023 on 13.06.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been presented before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
