ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisition letter submitted by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, vide D.No.167/2024 dated 29.01.2024, this Court made the following order: "By an order dated 21.07.2023, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit on or before

31.01.2024.

2.Thereafter, the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, by a letter dated 29.01.2024 bearing reference D.No.167/2024, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of further time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
