Judgment
ORDER [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.B.Ilankumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1,3 and 5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.4 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.6.
¶2The petitioner submits that in grama natham land bearing S.No.715, construction has been made by the private respondent.
¶3The learned Government Advocate submits that S.No.715 is subdivided into many subdivisions. No specifications are given.
¶4The petitioner ought to have given the details of the subdivisions. We also cannot act on the contentions of the petitioner, inasmuch as the land in question is a grama natham land meant for residential purpose. The manner of unauthorized construction is not spelt out.
¶5In light of that, it will not be appropriate to pass orders in the present matter. The petitioner may approach the authority as may be permissible under law. If such application is filed, the authority may consider the same on its own merits.
¶6The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
