ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025, conduct an enquiry in respect of Survey No.18/2 measuring 0.10.50 Hectares situated at Pitchandarkoil Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, and verify the existing public utility and religious structures therein, examine the legality of the subdivision proceedings dated

08.07.2025, whereby Survey No. 18/2 was subdivided as Survey Nos. 18/2A and 18/2B , and consequently to restore and update the revenue records and village accounts in accordance with the ground realities and public usage, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2025, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondents, and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶3With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
