O R D E R The petitioner is the owner of the land in Survey. No.28/1, Veppampatti Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. The third respondent /the adjacent land owner of the petitioner has obtained an electricity service connection from TANGEDCO for his agricultural land. The learned counsel for the petitioner by producing the photographs submits that the lines drawn for the purpose of effecting electricity service connection to the third respondent are low lying in the petitioner's land and it may cause electrocution.

2.Mr.S.Deenadayalan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the grievance of the petitioner is as against the electricity service connection effected to the third respondent. This service connection has been obtained by the third respondent in the year 2019 and the lines are also lying there as it is for the past four years. The apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted.

3.Heard both sides. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

4.The petitioner has raised serious objections with regard to the low lying of electric lines in the petitioner's land, which has been drawn to effect the electricity service connection to the third respondent. Since there is an objection, the second respondent shall cause inspection and find out whether the lines have been drawn in an unsecured manner and if so, the respondent shall correct the same and ensure the safety.
