This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.277 of 2023, dated 09.07.2023 pending on the file of the 4th respondent and the Prisoner Trial Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, dated 02.08.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause does not survive so far as the prayer sought for in this petition.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
