O R D E R Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2This writ petition has been filed on the basis of the apprehension that the petitioner will be evicted from the petition-mentioned land at the instance of TANGEDCO. 3 W.P.(MD)NO.18594 OF 2014

¶3When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO informed the Court that a sub station is proposed to be constructed at survey Nos.200 to 203 at Surulode Village. The petition-mentioned land is comprised in survey No.3084/3. Thus no cause of action has arisen for maintaining the writ petition.

¶4Recording the said stand of the learned Standing counsel, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
