This writ petition was filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from locating and constructing the Village Administrative Office for Dharmapuram East at Kesavanputhandurai Village and directing them to locate the same in Survey No.796/6 measuring about 2 ½ cents situated at Nanguranpilavillai, Dharmapuram Village, Kanyakumari District based on his representation dated 22.03.2013.
2.The relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is for the Department to take a decision depending upon the ground reality.
3.This writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
