ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 29.08.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.20010 of 2022. In the said order, this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 04.05.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months.

¶2The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the representation of the writ petitioner was considered on merits and order was passed on

09.08.2023.

¶3Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.
