The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The report has been called for from the trial Court as to whether the order has been complied or not.

¶3The report has been received from the trial Court stating that the order has been complied and surety has also been executed.
