ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 7, 8 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, in Crime No.unknown of 2023, seek for anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have arranged marriage for the minor girl, who is the first petitioner herein with the second petitioner herein. Hence the complaint.
