Judgment
ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 13.10.2014 permitting the 6th respondent to lay a road in Achampatti, Thanjavur District.
¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are attempting to lay a road on his patta land.
¶3The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on written instructions, submits that the road has been laid in the Government land and not on the petitioner's patta land. He further submits that the road work has already been completed and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
¶5Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
