However, it is submitted that, subsequently, the election has been conducted and Form VII has also been filed.

¶2In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

¶3Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedies before the appropriate Civil Court, in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
